1Our Sourcing Services

Samway Global Limited provides professional B2B sourcing and procurement services for businesses seeking products from Vietnam and other international markets.

Our services may include:

• identifying suitable manufacturers and suppliers
• obtaining supplier quotations
• evaluating supplier capabilities
• coordinating product samples
• negotiating commercial terms
• coordinating product specifications
• coordinating manufacturing
• arranging quality inspections
• coordinating logistics and shipment

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, Samway Global acts as a sourcing and procurement intermediary and commercial coordinator and is not the manufacturer of the products.

2Supplier Identification

We may identify manufacturers and suppliers based on factors including:

• product requirements
• manufacturing capability
• production capacity
• pricing
• quality considerations
• experience
• available certifications
• lead times
• other relevant commercial considerations

Supplier selection is based on information and due-diligence activities considered appropriate for the relevant order. No supplier can be guaranteed to remain available, operational or commercially suitable throughout the relationship.

3Customer Requirements

Customers must provide complete and accurate information concerning their requirements, including where applicable:

• product specifications
• quantities
• dimensions
• materials
• colours
• packaging
• labelling
• branding
• required certifications
• destination country
• intended use
• applicable destination-market requirements

Samway Global is entitled to rely upon information supplied by the customer.

4Samples and Product Development

Where samples are requested, Samway Global may coordinate sample production or procurement.

Sample charges, courier charges, tooling, moulds, prototypes, artwork, packaging development and other development costs may be payable by the customer.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving samples before production.

A customer’s approval of a sample or specification authorises production based on the approved characteristics, subject to reasonable manufacturing tolerances.

5Supplier and Sourcing Confidentiality

Supplier identities, factory information, contact details, manufacturing arrangements, pricing structures, sourcing methods and other non-public supplier information introduced or developed by Samway Global are commercially confidential.

Customers must not use confidential sourcing information to bypass, avoid or deprive Samway Global of its commercial role.

6Non-Circumvention

Where a customer is introduced to a manufacturer, supplier, factory or other commercial contact through Samway Global, the customer may be required to enter into a separate B2B Master Sourcing Agreement or Non-Circumvention Agreement.

Such agreement may contain detailed provisions concerning:

• protected supplier relationships
• confidentiality
• non-circumvention
• duration of protection
• prohibited conduct
• damages
• indemnification
• other contractual remedies

The terms of any signed commercial agreement shall prevail over this website policy where applicable.

7Order Activation

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Samway Global is not required to commence substantial supplier engagement, manufacturing, procurement or development work until the required deposit or advance payment has been received.

Orders may also be subject to written confirmation and supplier acceptance.

8Customer Responsibility

The customer remains responsible for ensuring that its product requirements, specifications, branding, designs and intended use are lawful and suitable for the destination market.

Customers must also ensure that any intellectual property, trademarks, designs or materials supplied to Samway Global may lawfully be used.

9Changes to Requirements

Any changes requested after supplier confirmation, sample approval or commencement of production may result in:

• additional costs
• revised pricing
• additional development charges
• production delays
• revised delivery dates
• cancellation charges

10Third-Party Suppliers

Manufacturing and other services may be performed by independent third-party suppliers.

Samway Global will use commercially reasonable care in coordinating the sourcing process but does not guarantee the future financial position, availability or continued operation of any independent supplier.

11Contact
